My boyfriend asked me to take a picture of part of his collection of medical equipment. I decided to give it a shot (badum-CH!) and ended up doing a self-portrait instead.
I didn't add my image at all, but I did tweak the colours and then apply a texture over top (from cgtextures.com). The rest of the cool texture came from the cotton batting the syringe is sitting on in the specimen case.
Neat, eh?
