For ~twin-peaks' Diane Contest

Diane is an integral piece of Agent Cooper's character, and yet we never hear her voice or catch a glimpse of her face. She's simply the invisible woman to whom Coop addresses all of his voice-recorded messages. She may not, in fact, be real at all. Agent Cooper is pretty quirky, so I really wouldn't be surprised if Diane was, in fact, simply the tape recorder.

Men name ships, cars, and hurricanes after women, right?

Still, I was interested to see what would come out if I tried to give her a human face. The result was a pretty young woman, possibly working for the FBI alongside Cooper. She's a serene brunette with a smattering of lively freckles across her nose and the tops of her arms; impeccable taste in fashion; and a dubious choice of office décor.

Where's the (assuredly, damn fine) coffee, I hear you ask? It's brewing in the other room, and if this tape doesn't end soon, those bastards from Forensics are going to beat her to the punch.
